RNDr. Jiří Lošťák started to work in the field of franchise in 1998. He opened his consulting office in Olomouc in 2004. He became a member of the Czech Franchise Association the same year and a member of its managing board in 2006.

His office handles important franchise projects, and participates in the entrance of foreign franchise systems into the Czech Republic. It is also active in the field of organization of seminars, conferences, and trade fairs and therefore contributes to the popularization of franchises among expert and non-expert public. Thanks to long-time experience in various director postions for several companies and fields (business and services) the consulting activity is oriented on a practical system application, with an emphasis on the briefness and comprehensibility of all franchise documents.

The outcome is quality franchise documentation which facilitates mutual communication between franchisor and franchisee and the easy application of proven know-how of a given system in the Czech Republic and abroad. The office cooperates with many experts who count among the top specialists in their respective fields (law, economics, market research, statistics, graphics...).
